Dr. Emin Kaya
Born in Tehran, Iran in 1972, Dr. Emin Kaya came to Turkey in 1986 and studied Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Turkish at Ankara University's Faculty of Language, History, and Geography. Between 1987 and 1991, he completed his Persian language education at Ankara 22 Bahman High School. Between 1993 and 1999, he graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine and received his medical doctorate. Between 1999 and 2004, he completed his residency at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, becoming a specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. On August 23, 2004, he became a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and changed his name from Amin Banitahmaseb to Emin Kaya. Between 2004 and 2007, he worked at the Private Şişli Osmanoğlu Hospital, between 2007 and 2008 at the Private Bahçelievler Medical Park Hospital, and between 2009 and 2012 and again between 2014 and 2015 at the Private Osmanoğlu Hospital. and from 2012 to 2013 at the Private Ota Jinemed Hospital as an Ear, Nose, and Throat and Head & Neck Surgery Specialist Physician. From 2014 to 2018, he was a faculty member in the Audiology Department at the European Vocational School. Dr. Kaya, who has been working as a freelance physician in his own practice since 2015, received a Homeopathy Certificate from Medipol University Faculty of Medicine between 2018 and 2020. He worked at Arte Health Clinic in 2019. He continues to perform surgeries at Liv Hospital Ulus and Private Şişli Osmanoğlu Hospital. Dr. Kaya has been practicing as a private physician in his own clinic since 2015. He received a Homeopathy Certificate from Medipol University Faculty of Medicine between 2018 and 2020. He worked at Arte Health Clinic in 2019. He currently continues to perform surgeries at Liv Hospital Ulus and Özel Şişli Osmanoğlu Hospital. In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in Farsi and English. He is married and holds both Turkish and Iranian citizenship.
